Our client is a leading provider of a comprehensive suite of eDiscovery, Digital Forensics, and Cybersecurity solutions. We are seeking driven Senior Business Development Executives in Manhattan, Houston, and Los Angeles to sell nationally. Headquartered in California, the company partners with large law firms and major corporations throughout the United States. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in those markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business within Am Law 350 firms and major corporations with revenues exceeding $1B annually
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling proposals and solutions
- Represent the company at industry conferences, legal technology events, and networking functions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience selling eDiscovery and related services to law firms and corporations
- Strong existing relationships with corporate legal, IT security, and/or litigation support teams at law firms
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in an unstructured environment
- Familiarity with security, forensics, data storage, and IT infrastructure
- BA in Business or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Location: Remote — candidates must be based in Manhattan, Houston, or Los Angeles Compensation: Base Salary $100–135K + uncapped commission plan
