Summary:

Litigation Support Careers Inc. (LSC) is looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Coordinator to support the digital marketing initiatives of LitigationSupportCareers.com and the Legal Tech Talent Network.  The primary focus will be keeping our social media channels active with regularly scheduled posts to increase brand awareness and engage with legal professionals as well as other businesses. This individual shall share and create engaging B2B content and develop online relationships with industry influencers to promote LSC’s events and services.  

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and schedule social media posts, track engagements, and interact with social media contacts
  • Create content for LSC’s social sites, blog posts, and video collateral that exchange company brand awareness, audience interaction, increase followers/subscribers
  • Assist with development of social media strategy and implement strategy through management of monthly posting calendar
  • Provide data reports with statistics and results for social media accounts, including engagement, click-throughs, and audience demographics
  • Oversee social media interaction between our company and our audience to promote engagement and click-throughs
  • Assist with development and implementation of plans to grow relevant followers/subscribers on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Hootsuite
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing B2B and business to professional social media accounts
  • YouTube Analytics/Monetization, Facebook Ads/Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager and other similar platform advertising experience
  • Legal marketing experience is strongly preferred
    • eDiscovery, Legal Tech, Litigation Support, Law Firm marketing
  • Proficiency in analyzing and reporting social media analytics

(LSC) is seeking a high-energy Account Executive to drive revenue in our digital marketing and advertising division handling sales for LitigationSupportCareers.com and The Legal Tech Talent Network’s websites, blogs, and social media outlets.  The ideal candidate will focus on building revenue generation by selling advertising solutions throughout our various digital marketing channels.  Interested individuals will possess knowledge of the legal technology vertical and have a passion for designing and delivering innovative packages to help our clients connect with their desired targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop your own target list, establish and develop a strategy for monetizing our solutions, and sell directly to global prospects
  • Call on past clients and partners of LSC
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, presentation, negotiating terms and pricing, and closing deals
  • Generate revenue by selling a variety of advertising solutions, including newsletter and website advertisements, social media marketing solutions, event marketing, job postings, and partner programs
  • Understand what motivates prospects to utilize outside resources and effectively communicate how LSC can help them reach their goals
  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and assist with processing payments and collections

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of b2b digital marketing solutions sales experience selling into law firms, legal vendors, and consulting firms
  • Digital/advertising sales experience
  • Proven ability to close complex sales
  • Experience in prospect identification, relationship development, negotiating terms and pricing, handling contract negotiations, and closing sales
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners and clients

Location: United States (remote) Compensation: Straight commission, AE paid 30-50% of revenues as soon as they are collected from client. (Independent Contractor/1099, or corp to corp)
