We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Business Development Executive requirement to sell nationally while simultaneously leading a small team of sales executives. Headquartered in California, the company does business with large law firms and major corporations throughout the United States. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in a major market including New York, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Silicon Valley, Chicago, or DC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business within Am Law 350 firms and Major Corporations with revenues exceeding $1B annually
- Maintain up to date records of prospects and sales funnel in Salesforce

Requirements:
- 7+ years of successful sales experience of eDiscovery & related services to law firms and corporations

Position Summary

Qualifications

Los Angeles (Hybrid): eDiscovery Project Engineer
Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a senior eDiscovery Project Engineer to assist project management and engineering teams with all eDiscovery projects. This includes assisting with planning, scheduling and execution of projects being processed by the engineering department and providing the proper technical support to ensure each projects meets all deadlines.
The right individual will have a great interest in using AI to process ESI for discovery. The PE will oversee the technical side of processing and production, will know several industry standard tools such as Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, and should understand the application of AI and TAR within the eDiscovery process. The PE must have the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment and will need to be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
DESCRIPTION

eDiscovery Project Manager (Hybrid, Los Angeles)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager is responsible for eDiscovery project management, managing client relationships, and working with internal resources to provide high quality results. This individual shall coordinate with other members of the project management and eDiscovery teams and will also be responsible for project scoping and managing global workflow.
In addition to maintaining effective communication between partners, clients, and internal team members, the PM will be responsible for managing client expectations and providing them with regular project updates. This individual should also be capable of handling technical support when needed during data conversion, extraction, adjusting processing tools and software to achieve desired results, as well as project manage document reviews training reviewers.
The PM must have the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment and will need to be available to work evenings and weekends as needed. Strong technical skills are a must.
DESCRIPTION
