Legal Tech Talent Network is seeking an experienced Filevine Consultant to support an insurance
defense firm through post-implementation configuration, workflow optimization, and platform adoption — ensuring
the firm achieves maximum operational efficiency and return on their Filevine investment.
Key responsibilities
• Client consultation: Conduct virtual sessions to assess requirements, recommend solutions, and
address questions.
• System setup & configuration: Lead post-implementation Filevine configuration, tailoring
settings and structures to match firm needs.
• Workflow design & optimization: Build and refine workflows to support case management efficiency
and improve day-to-day processes.
• Customization & solutions: Implement automation, reporting, and integrations aligned with
project goals.
• Training & adoption: Deliver clear, effective training to attorneys and staff, driving platform
engagement and ensuring confident system usage.
Experience & skills required
• 2+ years of direct experience with Filevine
• Strong understanding of law firm operational workflows
• Experience leading client meetings and providing actionable guidance
• Solid knowledge of Filevine configuration, reporting, and optimization capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system
solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills
Location: Remote or Los Angeles
Project Duration: Expected 3 months, part-time
Compensation: Variable hourly rates paid on 1099
