Estate Planning Attorney

Our client is seeking a client-facing Estate Planning Attorney to join a dynamic, growth-oriented team. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients, deliver educational presentations at seminars, and collaborate closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive estate planning solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with legal and technical expertise to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations and co-present at estate planning seminars (approximately 2–3 evenings per week)
• Conduct client meetings to explain strategies and recommend appropriate trust structures
• Draft and implement estate plans utilizing established platforms and best practices
• Collaborate effectively with advisors and internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in estate planning
• In-depth knowledge of revocable and irrevocable trust structures
• Exceptional public speaking and client communication skills
• Proven experience in a client-facing advisory capacity
• Ability to travel locally for evening seminars and events
• Performance-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Highly organized, dependable, and receptive to coaching
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Location: Manalapan, NJ – In-office position (not remote, not hybrid)

Compensation: Base salary of $80K–$120K, additional revenue share from client billable work, significant performance-based upside, and long-term growth potential.
