We are seeking a senior‑level legal tech sales professional responsible for driving strategic growth by selling full cycle eDiscovery services to law firms and corporations. This role emphasizes high‑value opportunities, strategic account development, and leveraging an existing network to expand market presence in Texas and beyond. This is an opportunity to become a sales manager and build a team.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth by selling full‑cycle eDiscovery services to law firms and corporate clients
- Develop and execute business development strategies focused on high‑value and long‑term opportunities
- Leverage and expand existing market presence and generate new revenue
- Manage and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior legal stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams (project management, forensics, and leadership) to ensure successful client outcomes
- Lead and mentor junior members of sales team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in litigation support or legal services/software sales with at least 3+ years specifically in eDiscovery sales
- Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value deals with law firms and corporate legal departments
- Established professional network in Texas and ability to generate new business
- Strong executive‑level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic, self‑directed professional with the ability to lead pursuits and manage a sophisticated sales pipeline
Compensation: Base salary of $100,000 – $150,000 plus uncapped commission.
