Our client, a global legal consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Aderant Administrator to join an existing team that provides operational support, configuration, and platform administration for global teams, with this individual specifically focusing on supporting team members in the time zones across the Americas. This fully remote role focuses on system reliability, user support, upgrades, and process improvement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Aderant Expert platform and related modules
  • Triage and resolve escalated support issues; own ticket resolution to completion
  • Plan and support upgrades, releases, and configuration changes
  • Identify and recommend system improvements to enhance performance and reliability
  • Produce and maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles
  • Communicate timelines and status to finance stakeholders and Product Operations

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands‑on Aderant Expert experience (Classic, Time, Rates, Security Manager, Admin)
  • Strong understanding of law‑firm financial/billing workflows
  • Proficiency with SQL for reporting and data verification
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur and Credit Force a plus
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams

 

Location: United States – Remote (any U.S. location)

 

Compensation: $100K–$200K base salary plus generous PTO, professional development support, retirement plans, insurance, wellness programs and more.
