Our client is an established Canadian provider of eDiscovery, digital forensics, litigation support, analytics, and AI-enabled review services. As a growing legal technology and discovery services firm, they are seeking a senior, hands-on technical leader to strengthen and scale discovery operations while expanding into AI-enabled review and advanced analytics. This role is ideal for an experienced discovery professional who enjoys being close to the work—leading delivery, solving technical challenges, and building consistent, scalable workflows.
Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end discovery workflows (collection, processing, review, productions, exports, QC)
•Oversee RelativityOne environments, including setup, workflows, and troubleshooting
•Manage and mentor analysts; drive quality, responsiveness, and utilization
•Standardize processes to support growth and reduce key-person dependencies
•Establish QC protocols ensuring defensible, repeatable workflows
•Improve time capture, billing discipline, and operational efficiency
•Support practical, defensible adoption of AI-enabled review and analytics
•Communicate clearly with clients and legal teams on scoping and technical matters
Requirements
•Strong hands-on experience with Relativity / RelativityOne
•Deep knowledge of processing, review workflows, productions, and QC
•Experience leading analysts or technical delivery teams
•Full lifecycle discovery experience with a focus on defensibility
•Familiarity with analytics, TAR, or AI-assisted review
•Exposure to complex litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters
•Background in a law firm, discovery provider, or managed services environment

Location: Remote (U.S.) or Toronto / Hybrid
Compensation: Base $140K–$180K USD, plus 25–40% bonus, and equity with a projected liquidity event valued between $175K–$550K USD.
