We are seeking an entrepreneurial Account Executive to sell full‑cycle eDiscovery services to law firms and corporate clients. This role focuses on developing new business, managing accounts, and building long‑term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into the Texas legal market.

 

Account Executive – Responsibilities

  • Sell full‑cycle eDiscovery services to law firms and corporate clients
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage client relationships post‑sale and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Collaborate with project management, forensic, and legal teams to ensure successful service delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting

Account Executive – Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery sales to law firms and/or corporate clients
  • Proven ability to develop new business and close complex service‑based deals
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with legal and corporate stakeholders
  • Experience selling to law firms and/or corporate legal departments preferred
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously

 

Compensation: Base salary of $75,000–$100,000 plus commission.
