Business Development Representative
Our client is an IT Managed Services provider specializing in solutions for the law firm sector. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will focus on outbound lead generation, targeting law firms seeking managed IT services, including cybersecurity and cloud solutions. The BDR will utilize tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn to identify prospects and develop leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects via LinkedIn, referrals, internet research, HubSpot, and other tools
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and social media
- Maintain high outreach activity levels to meet and exceed goals tracked via KPIs
- Participate in industry trade shows, events, and other relevant sales and marketing activities
- Qualify leads for potential engagement
- Collaborate with the sales management to monitor and assess performance against KPIs
- Partner with team members to prepare and present proposals, statements of work, and master services agreements
Qualifications
- Proven ability to leverage existing law firm relationships and develop new ones
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1–3+ years of lead generation, sales, or prospecting experience
- Experience selling to law firms
- Background in legal IT services, legal software, or legal technology consulting
Location & Compensation
This is a fully remote role with on-target earnings (OTE) in the $90-100K range, with potential for higher compensation for individuals who exceed quotas.
