Sales Development Representative

Our client is a Managed IT Services provider focused on the legal sector. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will lead outbound prospecting, conduct qualification and discovery calls, and support the full sales cycle alongside the business development team. You’ll present a suite of services—including managed IT, cybersecurity consulting, and cloud solutions—to law firms.  The role leverages tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn for lead generation through cold calls and email campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Source prospects via LinkedIn, HubSpot, referrals, and online research
  • Conduct remote sales presentations on MS Teams
  • Engage contacts through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and social media
  • Maintain high outreach volume and hit KPI-based goals
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities
  • Qualify leads for engagement opportunities
  • Partner with sales leadership to track performance and refine strategy
  • Collaborate on proposals, statements of work, and service agreements

Qualifications

  • Proven track record with law firm relationship building
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Adaptable, curious, and goal-oriented
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • 3–5+ years in lead generation, sales, or prospecting
  • Experience selling to legal audiences
  • Background in legal tech sales; SaaS, consulting, or services

Location & Compensation
This is a fully remote position with on-target earnings (OTE) of $100K–$150K, including bonuses and commission.
