Account Executive
Our client is a Managed IT Services provider serving the legal sector. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle—including prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements. You’ll be offering law firms a suite of services such as managed IT, cybersecurity consulting, and cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects through LinkedIn, HubSpot, referrals, and online research
- Collaborate with BDRs and SDRs to close leads generated from outbound efforts
- Lead remote sales presentations via MS Teams
- Connect with potential clients via calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and social media
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and marketing engagements
- Work with sales leadership to track KPIs and fine-tune strategy
- Partner on proposals, statements of work, and service agreements
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing law firm relationships
- Strong organizational and technical acumen
- Adaptable, driven, and eager to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- 10–15+ years of sales experience in the legal space
- Background in legal tech sales, SaaS, consulting, or IT services
Location & Compensation
This is a fully remote position with on-target earnings (OTE) of $150K–$200K+, featuring a base salary and uncapped commission.
