We are seeking a senior eDiscovery Sales Consultant to develop new business as well as manage existing accounts. This individual should possess advanced knowledge of the use of AI in eDiscovery and be able to thrive given very little direction within a fast-paced start up division team. The successful candidate will have  5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the eDiscovery vertical with strong history of exceeding sales quotas.

DESCRIPTION    

  • Identify client leads through various methods such as contacting individuals within their own professional network, referrals, conducting internet research, contacting trade show registrants, attending networking events and trade shows, use of various directories, and other methods
  • Cold calling client leads
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities
  • Promote services via email marketing campaigns
  • Negotiate client billing rates and deadlines
  • Maintain close working relationship with Project Management and Production teams to ensure client projects are processed in the highest quality and completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor client satisfaction
  • Conduct market/competitor research and stay up to date on industry news, trends

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of e-discovery solutions sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be a motivated, self-starter
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, JD is a plus

Responsibilities


• Oversee entire lab caseload while acting as an expert consultant to clients
• Manage multiple projects from onset to conclusion, scoping, workflow management, perform forensically sound collections, execute data handoffs team to members
• Provide testimony (depositions) regarding managed projects and collections
• Generate high quality reports on findings as needed
• Manage evidence documentation and chain-of-custody
• Maintain high quality project notes and documentation

Requirements

• Experience identifying, preserving, and analyzing data from a variety of devices and locations including desktops, laptops, servers, tapes, mobile devices, email, and cloud services
• Proficiency with Linux, MS, and Apple operating systems as well as knowledge of various network environments and network administration
• Knowledge of programming languages including but not limited to Python, Pearl C#, Java, Bash scripting, and PHP
