Position Overview:  Our client, a global law firm specializing in class action lawsuits in the pursuit of advocating for the rights of victims against major corporations, is looking for a tech savvy individual to maintain, analyze, and review data. As part of the data analysis team, this individual will work with senior attorneys to support global complex civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct beneficiary analysis for multiple complex litigation cases using proprietary data mining technology.

Develop and optimize workflows on data validity and relevance.

Identify and categorize key data elements.

Process, refine, and potentially automate reports as requested by management.

Develop and implement analysis workflows and expected case timelines.

Assist with generation and of documentation guidelines for the analysis, validity, and relevance of existing and new beneficiary reports for all litigation.

Maintain and utilize existing case management tools to integrate data from external medical and legal data sources.

Our client, a large regional law firm based in northern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to handle firmwide eDiscovery matters. This position requires experience working as an eDiscovery and litigation support technologist within a law firm setting. 

Requirements:

  • Provide firmwide eDiscovery support including both internal and external (manage eDiscovery vendors) collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Advise partners and clients on eDiscovery best practices
  • Create and implement firmwide eDiscovery protocols for dealing with electronically stored information.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and trainer to attorneys and reviewers in the use of eDiscovery and trial support technology.
  • Liaise with IT department to facilitate proper support and security for processing, review, production, storage and deletion of ESI.
