Responsibilities  

Litigation Solutions provider seeking a senior sales leader to join their worldwide litigation solutions group to develop new business.   Services include eDiscovery, managed review, forensics solutions, court reporting, translations, and information governance consulting.       

DESCRIPTION  

  • Identify client leads through various methods such as contacting individuals within their own professional network, referrals, conducting internet research, contacting trade show registrants, attending networking events and trade shows, use of various directories, and other methods   
  • Cold calling client leads   
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities   
  • Promote services via email marketing campaigns   
  • Negotiate client billing rates and deadlines   
  • Maintain close working relationship with Project Management and Production teams in an effort to ensure client projects are processed in the highest quality and completed in a timely manner   
  • Monitor client satisfaction    
  • Conduct market/competitor research and stay up to date on industry news, trends   

Qualifications  

  • 5+ years of legal solutions sales experience   
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills   
  • Must be a motivated, self-starter   
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, JD is a plus

Description


Global litigation solutions provider seeking motivated individual to join their depositions sales group to develop new business. In addition to sales of court reporting, this individual will have the opportunity to sell other services offered by this provider including eDiscovery, forensics, staffing, and document review. The account Executive shall develop new business relationships within law firms and corporate legal departments in their region as well as selected clients worldwide.


Candidates with 3-10+ years of court reporting sales experience will be considered for this role


Responsibilities

Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience, plus a strong commission plan.
