Responsibilities
Litigation Solutions provider seeking a senior sales leader to join their worldwide litigation solutions group to develop new business. Services include eDiscovery, managed review, forensics solutions, court reporting, translations, and information governance consulting.
DESCRIPTION
• Identify client leads through various methods such as contacting individuals within their own professional network, referrals, conducting internet research, contacting trade show registrants, attending networking events and trade shows, use of various directories, and other methods
• Cold calling client leads
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities
• Promote services via email marketing campaigns
• Negotiate client billing rates and deadlines
• Maintain close working relationship with Project Management and Production teams in an effort to ensure client projects are processed in the highest quality and completed in a timely manner
• Monitor client satisfaction
• Conduct market/competitor research and stay up to date on industry news, trends
Qualifications
• 5+ years of legal solutions sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must be a motivated, self-starter
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, JD is a plus


Location: Florida, South Florida or Tampa Bay preferred
Compensation: Base $65-$90K along with a strong commission plan

Account Manager – DC/MD or Remote


Worldwide provider of premium court reporting, videography, transcription, interpretation, and other trial services to the world’s largest law firms. The sales executive will develop new business in any location (US or overseas) and manage some existing accounts from their assigned location. A minimum of 2 years of legal sales experience is required to be consider for this role.


Requirements and Responsibilities:


• Develop new business within large law firms handling large scale litigation matters
• Implement high quality, personalized marketing campaigns developed to foster long term relationships with individual clients
• Occasional overnight travel to client locations
• Confirm cases with clients and remain as a primary point of contact at all times
• Influence key decision makers via high quality sales presentations
• Track all client outreach and interaction in CRM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and various legal technology applications
• Deposition and/or litigation support industry experience is a must

Education: College degree preferred


Compensation: Base Salary $45-65K with an aggressive commission plan plus performance-based bonuses and other incentives such as trips and events

Sales of Court reporting and other litigation support services to clients in specific region or to named accounts. Deliver products and services in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service in an organized and efficient manner. 

Responsibilities:

  • New business development from a remote setup
  • Utilize phone, email, video meetings, social media and other technology driven methods to initiate, develop, and maintain client relationships within Big Law and high end boutique law firms
  • Manage existing business 
  • Identify prospects and develop/implement action plan to contact enough prospects to meet or exceed goals
  • Perform quality assessments
  • Manage cases while working closely with customer service, report progress, and make recommendations to increase client satisfaction 
  • Analyze competing firms to be cognizant of market pricing, products, and services
  • Attend educational events, participate in professional networking events, attend trade shows
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • Influence decision makers through development and delivery of high quality sales presentations
  • Represent the company in a positive light by maintaining a professional appearance
  • Self-starter with little need for direction 
  • Team player
  • Tech savvy, Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Court reporting and/or litigation support industry experience 
  • Court reporting, legal database, and CRM software program knowledge a plus
  • Regional travel to meet with current and potential clients
