Our client, a legal technology solutions provider with offices worldwide, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery sales professional (ideally based in Boston) to develop new business within a large region.  This company is a provider of a large suite of legal solutions including forensic collections, eDiscovery processing and review, depositions, InfoGov consulting, language translations services and AI solutions.       

DESCRIPTION  

  • Source new clients leads through various methods such as contacting individuals within their own professional network, referrals, conducting internet research, contacting trade show registrants, attending networking events and trade shows, use of various directories, and other methods   
  • Cold calling client leads   
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities   
  • Promote services via email marketing campaigns   
  • Negotiate client billing rates and deadlines   
  • Maintain close working relationship with Project Management and Production teams in an effort to ensure client projects are processed in the highest quality and completed in a timely manner   
  • Monitor client satisfaction

(Remote) Senior Legal Account Executive

Our client is a disruptor of services for the legal & insurance industries.  Formed out of demand, and expanded during today’s virtualization and technology, they are experiencing significant growth.  Due to growth, our client needs an Account Executive to sell its services and solutions to law firms and insurance agencies.  You will be responsible for new business development (hunting), as well, as, leveraging internal leads.

Responsibilities   

  • Maintenance and growth of an assigned territory, including managing and growing existing leads as well as new client acquisition.

eDiscovery Project Manager (Law Firm), Northern NJ/NYC

Our client, a large regional law firm based in northern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to handle firmwide eDiscovery matters. This position requires experience working as an eDiscovery and litigation support technologist within a law firm setting. 

Requirements:

  • Provide firmwide eDiscovery support including both internal and external (manage eDiscovery vendors) collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Advise partners and clients on eDiscovery best practices
  • Create and implement firmwide eDiscovery protocols for dealing with electronically stored information.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and trainer to attorneys and reviewers in the use of eDiscovery and trial support technology.
  • Liaise with IT department to facilitate proper support and security for processing, review, production, storage and deletion of ESI.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of various eDiscovery platforms including Concordance.
  • Knowledgeable in the proper procedures used for handling data and chain of custody to ensure defensible collections. 
  • Self-starter with ability to effectively communicate with all attorneys and staff
  • Able and willing to travel to firm’s offices located within northern NJ and into Manhattan as needed.
  • BA BS required
  • PMP, CEDS preferred
  • eDiscovery vendor experience is a plus
