Legal Tech Talent Network is a legal technology solutions provider seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team. This role is essential in helping our clients understand and effectively use their Cobblestone systems, ensuring they maximize the benefits of this powerful platform.

Position Overview: As a Certified Cobblestone Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to law firms on how to effectively use Clio. You will work closely with clients to develop and deliver training programs tailored to their specific needs, helping them to fully leverage Clio’s features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Training Development: Present standard Cobblestone implementation training modules

·         Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions virtually, to educate clients on Cobblestone system, including setup, configuration, and advanced features.

·         Resource Creation: Modify and maintain training resources, such as user guides, video tutorials, and best practice documentation, to support client learning and adoption.

·         Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in training methods and materials.

·         Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Cobblestone features, updates, and industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

Experience & Skills Required:

·         Training Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role, with a focus on software or technology training, preferably within the legal industry.

·         Contract Management Software Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Cobblestone or similar systems, including features, functionality, and best practices for use.

·         Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.

·         Client Engagement: Proven experience in interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored training solutions.

·         Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various training tools and platforms to deliver effective virtual and onsite training sessions.

·         Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Compensation: Variable hourly rates paid on 1099 or W2 basis
