Legal Tech Talent Network is a legal technology solutions provider seeking a skilled technical contract lifecycle management software consultant for an upcoming project. Our client has implemented Cobblestone software, however they require substantial configurations to be made. This role is pivotal in assisting our client to properly make necessary system adjustments and optimize workflows to get their systems running smoothly.
Position Overview: You will work closely with our clients to achieve optimal performance with of the Cobblestone suite. You will act as a technical expert and liaison, ensuring that configuration, workflow, and integration are executed flawlessly, and client needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Optimize Cobblestone configurations, workflows, and integrations (DocuSign, Salesforce, etc.)
· Modify system fields (SQL, date fields), manage sub-tables, duplicates, and localization
· Streamline document automation, clause libraries, and Word templates
· Develop and execute UAT testing and transaction validation
· Automate workflows for archiving, approvals, and e-signatures
· Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls
· Design dashboards, KPIs, and system reports
· Set up contract, email, and security settings
· Establish and manage data integrations
