Director of Marketing

Our client, a marketing firm that supports one major client, a law firm specializing in mass arbitration matters as well as class action and mass tort litigation, is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy marketing professional to lead its marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage public relations efforts, enhance the firm’s digital presence, and implement client retention strategies to support business growth.  Additionally, the Director will manage a marketing team focused on lead generation and business development activities for the law firm.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media
-Manage the firm’s public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and media visibility
-Develop and implement strategies to improve client acquisition, engagement, and retention
-Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

-5+ years managing law firm marketing department
-Experience managing a marketing team
-Strong lead generation, research and analytical skills
-Excellent organizational abilities, including managing large volumes of data
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Strategic thinking with strong consultative and problem-solving abilities
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms
-Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and data-driven campaign optimization is a plus
