Responsibilities  

The Project Manager is responsible for eDiscovery project management, managing client relationships, and working with internal resources to provide high quality results.  This individual will coordinate with members of sales and operations teams and will also be responsible for project scoping and managing operational workflow. In addition to maintaining effective communication between sales team, clients, and operations team members, the PM will be responsible for managing client expectations and providing them with regular project updates. This individual should also be capable of handling technical support when needed during data conversion, extraction, adjusting processing tools and software to achieve desired results.   • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with strong presentation skills 
  • Represent company in a professional manner

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The eDiscovery data analyst will consult with project manager to prepare data for legal review in selected eDiscovery platform, handling technical support when needed during data conversion, extraction, adjusting processing tools and software to achieve desired results, troubleshoot technical issues, and support team with optimal e-discovery workflow solutions. The data analyst will oversee the technical side of processing and production, will know several industry standard tools such as Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, and should understand the application of AI and TAR within the eDiscovery process. This individual will also provide critical technical input to the project management team to diagnose and address platform issues and prioritize potential solutions. Strong litigation and database technical skills are a must. The successful candidate will have a great interest in using AI to process ESI for discovery. Experience with Relativity is required (RCA preferred).
