The ideal candidates will be responsible for… 

  • Court and administrative filings in federal courts and California state courts
  • Efficiently proofreading and editing text for grammatical and typographical errors, and occasionally for content
  • Preparing correspondence including legal documents, forms, presentations, and the like using advanced knowledge and skills with word processing related and other software programs
  • Scheduling appointments, making travel and/or meeting arrangements and maintaining business calendars
  • Assisting with partner billing, including preparing bills for distribution, maintaining billing records and recording attorney time

The successful candidates will demonstrate…

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a fast-paced probate practice preferred
  • Experience with CA state and federal court filing is required; knowledge of federal court local rules preferred
  • Experience with MS Word and Outlook, including the creation of Tables of Authorities
  • Intermediate to advanced computer aptitude to use various features of multiple software programs (including word processing, footnotes, redlining, copying/pasting, comparing documents)
  • Ability to multitask and meet time-sensitive deadlines, accepting responsibility for producing a complete and accurate work product

Contract Remote Relativity Project Manager, Evening Shift Pacific Time Zone

Responsibilities  

The Relativity Project Manager is responsible for eDiscovery project management during the evening shift (4pm to midnight, Pacific Time Zone) and working with internal resources in the US and Asia to provide high quality results.

In addition to maintaining effective communication between partners, clients, and internal team members, the PM will be responsible for managing client expectations and providing them with regular project updates. This individual should also be capable of handling technical support when needed during data conversion, extraction, adjusting processing tools and software to achieve desired results, as well as project manage document reviews training reviewers.   

The PM must have the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment and will need to be available to work evenings and weekends as needed. Strong technical skills are a must.  

DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities


The eDiscovery Account Manager of Implementation and Engagement is responsible for overseeing the client experience with each matter from onset to production. He or she shall oversee a portfolio of projects and act as a problem solver for escalation of an issues. This individual manages project design and workflow, so all technical and non-technical requirements are properly handled. Duties include managing risks (legal and financial) as well as QA of their assigned accounts.

• Helps develop Statement of Work (SOW), assess resource needs, workflows, risk management, and define all projected technical and non-technical requirements.

• Oversees timely production of project deliverables.

Our client is seeking a senior eDiscovery Project Engineer to assist project management and engineering teams with all eDiscovery projects. This includes assisting with planning, scheduling and execution of projects being processed by the engineering department and providing the proper technical support to ensure each projects meets all deadlines. The right individual will have a great interest in using AI to process ESI for discovery.
