The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, assisting with the scheduling of depositions, hearings, trials, mediations or any other legal proceedings to certified service partners. The position also requires coordination with the production, sales teams as well as partners to ensure client requests are communicated (pre-deposition) and met (post-deposition) by partners and production team. Manage active jobs/projects to ensure on time delivery to client, track client preferences, and coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Litigation Solutions provider seeking a senior sales leader to join their worldwide litigation solutions group to develop new business. Services include eDiscovery, managed review, forensics solutions, court reporting, translations, and information governance consulting.
DESCRIPTION
• Identify client leads through various methods such as contacting individuals within their own professional network, referrals, conducting internet research, contacting trade show registrants, attending networking events and trade shows, use of various directories, and other methods
• Cold calling client leads
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities
• Promote services via email marketing campaigns
• Negotiate client billing rates and deadlines
• Maintain close working relationship with Project Management and Production teams in an effort to ensure client projects are processed in the highest quality and completed in a timely manner
• Monitor client satisfaction
• Conduct market/competitor research and stay up to date on industry news, trends
Qualifications
• 5+ years of legal solutions sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Qualifications:
