Responsibilities
Language services provider seeking experienced legal sales “hunters” with a track record of adding new “logos “and beating sales quotas. These consultative sales executives shall develop new business within the global Intellectual Property management and legal/litigation verticals. Ideally based on the east coast of the US, the Director of Business Management shall market the firm’s patent filing and legal document translations services to corporations and law firms around the world.
DESCRIPTION
- Daily phone prospecting
- Attend industry events, networking
- Market research and sales target selection
- Develop and implement marketing programs to create brand awareness
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry landscape and trends
- Manage time between office, field, and home office
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Excellent writing skills a must
- Must be self-motived with a strong sense of urgency
- Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Up to 50% travel when possible
- Meet/exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of IP solutions or language translations sales experience
- Has performed leadership, special projects, and/or marketing campaign duties in addition to direct sales
- Strong social media presence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, JD is a plus

Compensation: Base commensurate with experience plus an aggressive commission plan
