Houston: Senior Account Executive, eDiscovery Sales

Litigation Solutions provider seeking a senior sales leader to join their worldwide litigation solutions group to develop new business and manage reactive business in Texas (and surrounding states). Services include eDiscovery, managed review, forensics solutions, court reporting, translations, and information governance consulting.
• Identify client leads through various methods such as contacting individuals within their own professional network, referrals, conducting internet research, contacting trade show registrants, attending networking events and trade shows, use of various directories, and other methods
• Cold calling client leads
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities
• Promote services via email marketing campaigns
• Negotiate client billing rates and deadlines
• Maintain close working relationship with Project Management and Production teams in an effort to ensure client projects are processed in the highest quality and completed in a timely manner
• Monitor client satisfaction
• Conduct market/competitor research and stay up to date on industry news, trends
• 3+ years of legal solutions sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must be a motivated, self-starter
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, JD is a plus

Location: Houston/Hybrid (work a blended schedule, partially in-office and partially remote)
Compensation: Competitive base along with a strong uncapped commission plan
Term: Permanent/Full-Time
