Job 1852: Atlanta – Account Executive and/or Sr Account Executive
Responsibilities
eDiscovery and Legal Solutions provider seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join their Atlanta team. These individuals will sell a variety of solutions provided by this global provider of legal solutions including eDiscovery, forensics, depositions, document review, information governance consulting. The Account Executives shall develop new business relationships within law firms and corporate legal departments in the Southeast US region.
DESCRIPTION
- Identify client leads through various methods such as contacting individuals within their own professional network, referrals, conducting internet research, contacting trade show registrants, attending networking events and trade shows, use of various directories, and other methods
- Cold calling client leads
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities
- Promote services via email marketing campaigns
- Negotiate client billing rates and deadlines
- Maintain close working relationship with Project Management and Production teams in an effort to ensure client projects are processed in the highest quality and completed in a timely manner
- Monitor cleint satisfaction
- Conduct market/competitor research and stay up to date on industry news, trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience within the legal solutions vertical
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Customer service oriented
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Compensation: Base salary $50-85K+ plus commission
Term: Permanent/Full-Time
