Clio Integrations Consultant

Legal Tech Talent Network is a legal technology solutions provider seeking a skilled Law Firm Technology Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in assisting our clients in leveraging their Clio systems to their fullest potential through seamless software integrations and API solutions.

Position Overview: As a Law Firm Technology Consultant, you will work closely with our Clio team to support both new and existing clients in achieving optimal performance with their Clio systems. You will act as a technical expert and liaison, ensuring that integrations are executed flawlessly, and client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Integration Development: Build, test, and maintain software integrations, ensuring they are robust and meet client requirements.

·         Client Consultation: Serve as the technical point of contact for law firms, leading virtual and/or onsite meetings to engage in solution design and define project scopes and roadmaps.

·         Technical Liaison: Collaborate with internal team members, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify project needs and requirements, acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical parties.

·         Workflow Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to workflow solutions based on ongoing research and validation.

·         Project Management: Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of integration projects.

Experience & Skills Required:

·         Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise software integration with a strong understanding of APIs.

·         Technical Expertise: Proven experience in building integrations using API development platforms.

·         Client Engagement: Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with confidence in leading client discussions and addressing technical inquiries.

·         Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with law firm practice management and Document Management System (DMS) technology is required.

·         Multitasking Ability: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation: Variable hourly rates paid on 1099 or W2 basis
