Clio Implementation Consultant

Legal Tech Talent Network is a legal technology solutions provider seeking a skilled Law Firm Technology Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in assisting our clients in leveraging their Clio systems to their fullest potential through creation of effective workflows, optimization, and customization.

Position Overview: As a Clio Setup, Workflow, and Optimization Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding law firms through the setup, configuration, and optimization of their Clio systems. Your expertise will help clients streamline their workflows and achieve their operational goals by leveraging Clio’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Clio Setup & Configuration: Assist clients in the initial setup and configuration of their Clio systems, ensuring that all settings are tailored to their specific needs and preferences.

·         Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity within Clio.

·         Client Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading virtual and/or onsite consultations to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and address any issues or questions.

·         Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized solutions within Clio, including setting up automation, reporting, and integrations to support their business objectives.

·         Training & Support: Provide training to clients and their staff on how to effectively use Clio, offering ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of the system.

·         Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Clio updates and industry trends to offer clients the latest solutions and enhancements, ensuring their systems remain current and effective.

Experience & Skills Required:

·         Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Clio legal practice management systems.

·         Workflow Expertise: Strong understanding of law firm workflows and best practices for optimizing legal operations using technology.

·         Client Interaction: Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to lead consultations and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

·         Technical Skills: Familiarity with Clio’s features and capabilities, including setup, configuration, and reporting.

·         Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze client needs and design effective solutions.

·         Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Compensation: Variable hourly rates paid on 1099 or W2 basis
