Clio Trainer
Legal Tech Talent Network is a legal technology solutions provider seeking experienced Software Trainers to join our team. This role is essential in helping our clients understand and effectively use their Clio, CobbleStone, and/or iManage systems, ensuring they maximize the benefits of this powerful platform.
Position Overview: As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to law firms on how to effectively use legal software. You will work closely with clients to develop and deliver training programs tailored to their specific needs, helping them to fully leverage all features and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Training Development: Design and develop customized training programs and materials for clients based on their specific needs and features.
· Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, both virtual and onsite, to educate clients on system functionality, including setup, configuration, and advanced features.
· Client Consultation: Work with clients to assess their current use of applications, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimizing their workflows.
· Support & Troubleshooting: Offer ongoing support to clients post-training to address any questions or issues that arise, ensuring they can effectively implement what they’ve learned.
· Resource Creation: Develop and maintain training resources, such as user guides, video tutorials, and best practice documentation, to support client learning and adoption.
· Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in training methods and materials.
· Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Clio features, updates, and industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
Experience & Skills Required:
· Training Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role, with a focus on software or technology training, preferably within the legal industry.
· Clio Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CLM, DMS, and Practice Management applications, including features, functionality, and best practices for use.
· Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
· Client Engagement: Proven experience in interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored training solutions.
· Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various training tools and platforms to deliver effective virtual and onsite training sessions.
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Compensation: Variable hourly rates paid on 1099 or W2 basis
